Broccoli Salad ** Easy, but a little time-consuming

This is a yummy way to eat broccoli!

Dressing:
1 cup mayo (no substitute, but can be fat free)
1/2 cup sugar
4 T Vinegar ( I use white vinegar)

Make dressing ahead of time and refrigerate.

Salad:
3 heads of broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 small red onion, finely chopped
grated cheese (as much as you like)
1/2 package of bacon- crumbled
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Stir salad ingredients well. Add dressing right before serving.
