Impossible Easy Cheeseburger Pie

I have not tried this one yet, but it sounds really simple and yummy.


What you need:

* 1 lb ground beef
*1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
* 1/2 tsp salt
*1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
*1 cup milk
*2 eggs


What to do:

*Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

*Cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

*stir in salt

*spread in pie plate and sprinkle in the cheese

*stir all remaining ingredients in a bowl with whisk or fork. Pour into pie plate.

*Bake 25 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
